the location is central. it is very near the station and shopping area. restaurants are close by too. the room had a good view. check-in and check-out were smooth.

the breakfast dining area wasn't very clean. this surprised me since this hotel often stands out for its cleanliness.

the staff went out of their way to cater to dietary restrictions. they even packed a wonderful breakfast box on the day we were leaving. the staff was friendly and helpful overall.

i was able to go in the m club room and it was awesome. a shattaf was available in the hotel. i walked everywhere since everything was close to the hotel.
